Scott
Scott is the president and co-founder of Meeker Housing. Scott is a real estate professional with over 35 years of experience managing and developing multi-family housing. An entrepreneur at heart, Scott loves real estate development, whether that be an apartment project, a retail center, a restaurant, or a horse stable. Scott and his family live in Minneapolis.
David
David is a co-founder of Meeker Housing. For over 20 years, David has spent weeks and summers in Meeker County, at his lake home. He is responsible for the growth of our housing portfolio and the coordination with city, county, and the MN Housing programs available to help grow rural communities. David and his family live in Eden Prairie.
Diane
Diane is the Meeker Housing property manager; she has over 10 years of experience managing rental properties. Diane is responsible for all our rental units in Meeker County, including maintaining waiting lists, showings, lease signings, managing caretakers, repairs and maintenance, and vendor contracts. Diane and her family live in Litchfield.
Lorri
Lorri has built her career in property management and leasing. With more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, she knows what it takes to successfully manage multifamily housing. Most of Lorri’s days are filled with tenant leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and working with vendors on repair and maintenance requests. Lorri splits her time between day-to-day responsibilities at the Glencoe (Panther Heights) and Winsted (Winsted Fields) apartments.
Keely
Keely serves as the Regional Manager for Meeker Housing, bringing more than three decades of experience in finance, accounting, and tax. In her role, she oversees accounts payable and receivable, general ledger functions, and marketing and leasing operations for properties throughout McLeod County.
Highly regarded for her attention to detail and collaborative leadership style, Keely plays a key role in ensuring properties operate efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on the tenant experience.
